The biggest challenge in living a healthy, active lifestyle is to take the time to make time for it. So it seems to make sense to take a look at how we can “create time” for ourselves to pursue healthy living strategies and look after our heart health.

Our battle to achieve the ideal weight, eat nutritious foods and, in general, live healthy lifestyles would be much less painful if counting our calories was more exciting than counting our money, if carrots tasted better than chocolate, if exercising was more enjoyable than lounging on the couch, and if taking heart health supplements and/or medications went down as easily as an icy cold beverage on a steamy hot day.
