Heart disease is one of the most common problems that both men and women face. It’s actually been estimated that one in every two women will be diagnosed with heart disease at some point in their life. This particular disease is categorized by a blockage in the arteries that lead to the heart. The clogs and blockages associated with heart disease often cause chest pains and can lead to heart attacks. In some cases, strokes can also occur when a person has heart disease.
