Hello all, What do you consider a healthy diet, healthy/unhealthy foods? My mom seems to be doing good on lots of field green salads, baked chicken, fish, and fruits and veggies. She has lost a lot of weight this way combined with exercise. She keeps telling me cheese is healthy and I don't know about that. Anyone have any general thoughts or weight loose success stories?
